For a truly elevated taste of Summit, the Summit Ceviche Trio is a refreshing and bright melody of the simple and the complex presented across three unique variations of ceviche. Starring our catch-of-the-day, the Peruvian Salmon Tiradito and the Japanese inspired Nikkei Tuna, each ceviche delivers a burst of their own personality for a fully rounded taste sensation.
