Ristorante del Lago's private dining room provides an intimate atmosphere for an exclusive fine dining experience. Exposed wood beams, custom millwork, and a view of the 2,000-bottle wine room makes for a rustic, yet sophisticated ambiance with a warm and inviting feeling. With seating for up to 12, the room and personal service from Broadmoor staff is perfect for any small group.

SUMMIT

Summit's private dining room features two large, round tables that accommodate up to 11 guests each, for a maximum of 22 guests seated comfortably. An additional semi-private table is located at the end of the main dining room and features an optional pull-down screen. This semi-private fine dining experience is ideal for parties between seven and 11 guests. Parties larger than 12 people require specialized menu selections and reservations to secure the private or semi-private dining areas within Summit.

Restaurant 1858

Restaurant 1858 is nestled inside the park at the magnificent Seven Falls. Guests can enjoy the regionally inspired cuisine and admire the beauty of the surrounding rock formations and the 181-foot drop of falling water. Traditional British pub food is the fare of choice paired with half yards of ale; it's the perfect location for a summer soiree of 60 guests or less.

PENROSE ROOM

Enhancing the Penrose Room's timeless elegance, guests also enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Perfect for special gatherings, the main dining room accommodates up to 100 guests and the lounge is ideal for an elegant reception prior to dinner.
