After 90 days of Hourly Full-Time Status/Exempt Status Employees:
- Broadmoor Paid Basic Life / Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (Reduced Benefit After Age 70 & 75) - the policy ends the last date of the Group Policy, or upon the transfer date to a non-full time status employee, or on your employment end date.
- Term Life Insurance (Full Time Status Employee)
- You have the Option for Self, Spouse and Eligible Dependents (Reduces Benefit After Age 70 & 75) - the policy ends the last date of the Group Policy, or upon the transfer date to a non-full time status employee, or on your employment end date. The exception is with the continuation of insurance with premium payment between policy holder and MetLife.
After Six Months:
- Based on Your Employment Status:
- Tuition Reimbursement & GED Program (Full Time and Part Time Status)
- Three Paid Days of Bereavement Leave for Immediate Family (Full Time Status)
- Paid Vacation (Full Time Status Employee - Policy Stated Below)
- At the Completion of Six (6) Full Time Months = 40 Vacation Hours
- After Six (6) Months, a Per Payroll Vacation Accrual is Received Based on Full Time Service Years
After One Year:
- Depending on Your Employment Status:
- Short Term Disability Hotel Paid (Full Time Status) - the policy ends the last date of the Group Policy, or upon the transfer date to a non-full time status employee, or on your employment end date.
- 401(k) Pre-Tax Plan (Full Time and Part Time Status)
- Automatic Enrollment at 3% Contribution
- Half of the First 6% of Employee Contribution is Matched
- Fully Vested After Five Years
- Pre-Tax Deductions
- Roth 401(k) After Tax
- Maximum Company Match is 3% Between Pre-Tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Option
- Company Match for Either Plan Goes into the Pre-Tax 401(k) Plan
- Four Personal Days Earned on Your Anniversary Date of Hire (Full Time Status) or Your Date of a Status Change into a Full Time Status Position
- Three (3) Paid Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day (Full time Status)
