Jill Spiegel is President of PGA TOUR Superstore, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the world’s leading specialty retailer for golf. She has been instrumental in leading the growth of the Company, which has more than doubled its sales since 2019 and expanded its national footprint by 80% during the same period.

Jill has earned deep respect and built highly beneficial relationships across the golf industry that have helped drive PGA TOUR Superstore’s outstanding results.

Jill Thomas is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer for PGA TOUR Superstore, responsible for directing all strategy and execution for Marketing. She is additionally responsible for eCommerce P&L. Jill also serves as the team Governor for Atlanta Drive Golf Club, one of the founding teams for TGL presented by SoFi.

Jill is a dynamic, strategic-minded marketing executive with 30 years of senior leadership experience. She is a results and data-driven leader with a consistent record of growing sales and brand performance. 

Laura Manson-Smith is a Partner at Korn Ferry, leading its Organization Strategy Practice. She has become hooked on golf since moving to the US - even spending her honeymoon at the Solheim and Ryder cup in 2023! Laura is an avid supporter of the Korn Ferry Tour and passionate about getting more women to play golf. She believes that golf offers a unique platform for women to build lasting friendships and create connections that extend beyond the golf course and into their professional lives.

Peggy Kusinski is synonymous with Chicago sports. Having spent over 19 years on NBC 5 as a sports reporter, she’s back on the airwaves every Saturday with ABC7’s Dionne Miller. Peggy is also joining forces with Jurko to host the Bears post-game show on the Chicago Bears Radio Network during the football season. Peggy is a 12-time Emmy Award winning sportscaster who is also on the Board of Directors of ‘Girls in the Game’ whose mission is for every girl to find their voice and empowered to be gamechangers.
