Here are important details regarding the 2025 event:
Friday, February 21, 2025
4:30 - 6:00pm: VIP Reception, located in the West Ballroom (park in the West Valet)
Upon Event Conclusion: Dinner on own
Saturday, February 22, 2025
1:30pm: First shuttle service from South Tower to Norris Penrose Equestrian Center
2:00pm: Second and final departure from South Tower to Norris Penrose Equestrian Center
2:30pm: Start of Winter Polo Match
4:30pm: Conclusion of Winter Polo Match
4:30 - 4:45pm: Awards Ceremony and first return shuttle service to The Broadmoor
5:00 - 7:00pm: “After Party” at Distillery 291 (4242 N Nevada Ave.)
Transportation is not provided to the After Party. Personal vehicles or alternate arrangements should be planned in advance. Your Broadmoor Winter Polo Classic ticket must be shown for access.
At Your Leisure: Dinner on own
The Broadmoor will provide a shuttle to the Norris Penrose Equestrian Center from the South Tower at 1:30pm and 2:00pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Return transfer will be available at 4:00pm. If you desire to depart the venue early, please contact the Hotel Operator at (719) 634-7711, for assistance with transportation outside of the aforementioned schedule.
