November 10: Sip your way through iconic spirits and rich bourbon traditions with one of America's legendary distillers.
After the success of early sherries and fortified wines, founders Dr. Christopher and Mary Penfold planted their vine cuttings they had carried on their voyage over to Australia. In 1844 the fledgling vineyard was officially established as the Penfolds Wine Company at Magill Estate. The evening kicks off with a 6:00 p.m. Welcome Reception and Canapes served alongside Penfolds Wine and Cocktails.
