Tennis Drills in Colorado Springs at Broadmoor Tennis Club

The Broadmoor is not only one of the top luxury resorts in Colorado, we’re also among the top tennis destinations in the country. Our drills are offered daily and provide an intimate 4:1 student/pro ratio. Conducted in our indoor bubble during the winter months, these sessions provide expert instruction and a high-energy pace. Advance registration is required for all drill clinics.

Summer: May 22 – October 18

Must be at least 13 years old to participate in the adult drills. All adult tennis drills feature a 4:1 student/pro ratio, pickleball clinics feature a 6:1 ratio (maximum).

The Daily Tennis Drill
The “Daily Drill” is a fast-paced drill, working on general stroke production and strategy. Recommended for all levels of players looking for stroke production. Offered seven days a week from 9 – 10 am.
Fee: $50.00 per person ($70 if only one enrolled)

The Davis Cup Drill
Patterned after our most popular camp drills, this is a fast-paced drill designed for advanced players (levels 3.5 & higher). Offered seven days a week from 10 – 11 am.
Fee: $50.00 per person ($70 if only one enrolled)

Power Tennis Drill
This drill is a serious, high intensity session for advanced players only (4.0 players & higher, please!) This drill is not for the faint of heart! Offered seven days a week from 11 am – 12 noon.
Fee: $50.00 per person ($70 if only one enrolled)

Cardio Tennis Drill
Tackle your cardio workout on the tennis court in this fun, music-filled hour! This fitness drill is a high-intensity session featuring a warm-up, rapid fire drills and games for all levels of play, conducted by one of our fun professionals. Offered every Friday from 9 - 10 am.
Fee: $30.00 per person (minimum of three players)

The Daily Pickleball Clinic
This clinic provides novice and intermediate players with invaluable tips in a fun environment. Offered seven days a week from 8 – 9 am (intermediate to advanced) and 9 – 10 am (novice). Paddle rental available for $8 per day.
Fee: $45.00 per person ($60 if only one enrolled)

QuickStart Tennis
This exciting format is designed for young juniors, ages 4 - 7, to quickly gain confidence and skills on the tennis court. A smaller court & net, smaller racquets and larger balls are utilized by our kid-loving professionals. Offered Saturdays and Sundays 10 – 10:45 am. May 31 through August 31 only.
Fee: $25.00 per junior ($45 if only one enrolled)

Junior Tennis Day Camp
Join our energetic staff for a fun, fast-paced session. All aspects of the game will be addressed. Intermediate and advanced level juniors ages 8 – 12 are welcome. Offered Saturdays and Sundays 11am – 12 noon. May 31 through August 31 only. Minimum of two participants required.
Fee: $30.00 per junior ($50 if only one enrolled)

Complimentary Tennis & Pickleball Open Play - All Levels
Join us on the Tennis and Pickleball courts during summer months for our very social open play sessions. Tennis and pickleball open play sessions are complimentary, focusing primarily on adult doubles and mixed doubles play. Offered June through September. Space is limited, so advance registration is recommended. Paddle rental: $8. Racquet rental: $10.
Tennis: Every Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Pickleball: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 - 5:30pm

“Play with the Pro” Tennis & Pickleball
The “Play With The Pro” sessions are only $20 per person. The pro will organize the group and play in as a fourth, as needed. If one or two players enroll, the pro will conduct a half hour drill session. Offered June through mid-September.

Cancellation Policy

A six-hour notification is required to cancel all lessons and drill clinics. If six hours is not provided to the Pro Shop Staff, 50% of the lesson or drill will be billed to your room.
