It is hard to put into words how wonderful the conference was and how absolutely terrific the ENTIRE staff of the Broadmoor was! BY FAR, this was our best conference ever and much of it has to do with the service, friendliness, responsiveness, attitudes and hard work of the entire Broadmoor staff. SO many of our attendees felt this was the best hotel anywhere in the world that they have ever stayed in. That is a huge compliment because these people travel a lot! You, Mike, Sue and EVERY Broadmoor employee made my job so easy and made me look really really good. I thank you for that. I did not hear one complaint about the sleeping rooms (they thought they were spectacular), food, facilities and esp. the service.
